    Collection of other writers' work that contradicts itself. Pictures of exercises are too small to follow with inadequate instructions.

    I love this book. It is perfect for workouts on the go when I travel and can't get into the gym. There are plenty to choose from and I will pick 2 15-minute cardio, arms or leg workouts. The workouts are harder than any other "quick" workouts you will find online.Everyone knows the key to eating healthy during a chaotic week is to plan ahead and these recipes make it easy...I will make the soups and quinoa salads in the beginning of each week and freeze small portions making it super easy to stay on track. Also a great overview of healthy eating, the importance of non GMO foods and more.Highly recommend this to anyone who is ready to get in shape and make changes in their diet that will work for their whole family.

    Have a New Trainer!Last week, my sister told me to check out Doug's workouts to change my routine up. I have to say that I've only used Jillian Michaels DVDs since having my kids for the last 4 years and like them a lot. So, I was reluctant to try something else but I found her different programs a little repetitive with exercises and workouts...hence, I bought " the 15 minute Metabolic solution" and absolutely think these are my new Go-To workouts. They are the most challenging workouts I've done which says a lot since I've been working out for 20 years plus... I wish he'd come out with a dvd himself. I highly recommend using these workouts for a great change and you'll be sore for sure. Challenging and fantastic! Doug is a 5 star trainer.Sent from my iPhone

    This book is amazing!!! First of all the diet plan is so easy to follow & has modification for the strict dieter or for those who just want guidelines! That being said there are 3-4 options for each meal so there is something for everyone! All the meals are simple & so easy to prepare ! No excuses!! Follow the plan & you won't fail! The exercises are challenging but can be done anywhere & can modified to your own ability!! You don't need a fancy gym... Just disciple! This book will help you reach all your fitness goals!!

    Absolutely love this book! The meal plan is just what I was looking for. I am so happy there are options for each meal so I don't get bored with the same food. The soup for the 3 day flush was great! it has been three weeks now following the meal plan and exercising and I feel great! Fit, toned and losing the weight I was wanting to lose after have two children. The exercises are great, I love that I can be done in a half hour and really know I got a great workout in. Highly recommend this book!!
