As a Christian teacher, do you strive to show your students the living God in the world around them? Have you struggled with how to weave God’s truth into your daily lessons? Whether you teach English, algebra, biology or art, whether you work in a Christian school or public, whether you teach eight-year-olds or eighteen-year-olds, you will profit from Truth Weaving.

Through insightful analysis, entertaining anecdotes and real-world application, D. P. Johnson will challenge you to examine how you teach your students and, even more importantly, how you reach your students. With profound, yet practical instruction, you’ll gain a rich understanding of true biblical integration and the guidance you need in order to successfully put it into practice in your own life, and the lives of those you seek to inspire.

Engaging, relevant and real. Truth Weaving will revolutionize the way you teach. This book is one that every Christian teacher should own.

D. P. Johnson is a full time teacher and international church and conference speaker. Together, they recently completed a backpacking trip across Tibet. In the future, they hope to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru and the Camino de Santiago in Spain.

Mr Johnson opens his heart and experiences to make a clear case for the importance of being intentional in the integration of the Bible into every aspect of education and life.Though I'm no longer working in a Christian school, Mr Johnson's principles challenge me as a parent. The statement on page 32 says "Teachers integrate the Bible into the subject and lives of the students to enable them to develop a biblical vision of life that will guide them to think and act for God's glory and their own abundant living." - I have written it down and reworded it to say parents and children so that I can remember the main purpose of what I'm doing as a parent too.

I loved the simplicity, yet depth, with which you approached, analyzed and explained biblical integration and worldview. Your writing is clearly inspired by the Holy Spirit and your book blessed me greatly. Highly recommend for all Christian school teachers, parents, and those who work with youth as well as those who want more understanding of their own faith.

I would highly recommend this book to all Christians, especially teachers, whether in public or private schools. Great questions to help oneself clarify ones worldview.

I was hoping for some new ideas to incorporate into my classes, but I didn't get much. Very general.

As a curriculum director at a Christian school, I've read lots on Biblical integration. Some books are practical. Some inspiring. D. P. Johnson brings those two together like no other book I have seen yet. Several copies now line the top shelf of my professional development library. They will be required reading for teachers at a key stage of curriculum review.
